‘PACKETS’ (2021), is an interactive website-poem inspired by file size limitation and the distribution of data packets along the internet.

PACKETS was produced for Careful Networks, a collaborative exhibition of online works, each created within the constraints of a 2mb file size and without external dependencies.

‘space-meaning-lies’ (2018), is a website-artwork created as an ‘abstract data self-portrait’. The site randomly cycles through and displays decontextualised snippets of text from Samiir’s own WhatsApp message history (anchored by the word ‘space’) combined with a series of fragmented screen prints.
